Vegetable pellet factory

Based in the commune of Buta, Argeș, the Premium-Pellets factory offers you the best quality pellets, obtained from vegetable waste.

With a 400.000 EUR European Investment Funds, the factory was fully equipped with an automated pellet production line. We use the highest quality technology, produced by Himell, a well-known German manufacturer in this field.

The production capacity of 1 ton per hour allows us to process a large volume of vegetable waste.

Our factory operates at European standards, with a dedicated team that works with care and respect for the environment.

How we produce vegetable waste pellets

Pelletizing is the process by which solid fuel / pellet is produced from biomass (the biodegradable part of agricultural products, waste and residues, including plant and animal substances, forestry and related industries, and the biodegradable part of industrial and urban waste).

This technological process requires fuel and equipment, which form the pellet production line: biomass shredders, mixers, pellet dryers, pellet presses and automatic packaging machine.

The biomass is fed through a mouth outside the production hall. A front loader brings the bales and pours them onto the conveyor belt of the installation. The straws are shredded and sifted to remove any foreign bodies, then chopped and passed through an oven, where they are very well dried. Once dried, the straws are pressed in a cylindrical shape, of different diameters. This is how pellets are produced.

We protect the environment by turning plant waste into pellets

By producing pellets, our factory contributes to the environment protection and to the sustainable and ecological use of plant waste.

Thus, tons of waste from the wood industry, such as sawdust, wood chips and chips, are being recovered, avoiding the cutting of trees and, in addition, straws are recovered and transformed into economic fuel or animal bedding.

We are convinced that through our activity, we will bring great benefits to our customers, and at the same time, we will have a positive impact on the environment.
